1. Licence

1.1 Transport for NSW grants you a non-exclusive licence to display the trip planner widget on your Internet or Intranet site(s) only.

1.2 All rights including intellectual property rights in transportnsw.info remain the property of Transport for NSW.

2. Use of trip planner widget

2.1 You may not copy, re-publish, edit, alter or add to our information in any way, nor combine the content published in transportnsw.info with any other material.

2.2 You may not modify, copy, distribute, unzip, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise disassemble the trip planner widget or use any of its constituent elements in any way.

3. Warranties & Liability

3.1 The trip planner widget and the content published in transportnsw.info are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis and use of the trip planner widget and access to content published in transportnsw.info is at your own discretion and risk.

3.2 Transport for NSW has taken reasonable care to ensure that the trip planner widget and the content published in transportnsw.info contain no inaccuracies, errors, viruses or defects however Transport for NSW does not warrant that this is the case.

3.3 To the extent permitted by law, Transport for NSW gives no warranty of any kind (implied, statutory or otherwise) in relation to the trip planner widget and transportnsw.info content, and neither Transport for NSW nor any of its contributing stakeholder websites shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected to the trip planner widget or content published in transportnsw.info.

3.4 You are advised to take all reasonable precautions to protect your computers from virus infection.

3.5 Transport for NSW may change or remove transportnsw.info content or functionality at its sole discretion and may block use of the trip planner widget if you breach these End User Terms.

4. General

4.1 These End User Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the NSW State Courts.
