How would you give customers optimal door-to-door mobility service options and seamless combinations for their situation, including the first and last mile?


Transport for NSW’s new Transport Digital Accelerator is launching its first industry innovation challenge, the MaaS Innovation Challenge. The innovation challenge was launched to find innovative ideas that help give customers the ideal door-to-door travel experience where they can plan the optimum travel option or combination.

What is the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Challenge?

Mobility as a Service, MaaS, is a dynamic, growing market with small and large players working together to give customers improved travel options that suit the individual needs and circumstances, not just on main transport routes.

The vision for TfNSW is to enable a vibrant, open mobility marketplace where providers compete to best meet community & customer needs with compelling alternatives to car ownership.
